We were a bit apprehensive when we first saw the exterior of the building but there was no need to worry. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had enough space for all of us. the staff were friendly and helpful. the newly renovated shower and toilet on the floor were spotless.
It was definitely the best choice considering the affordable price. Cons: Nothing at all.

The room on the fourth floor was cozy and had a warm atmosphere, thanks to the heating. I loved having a desk in the room, it made it convenient for me to get some work done. The private bathroom had a shower, which was a plus for me as I prefer it over baths. The shared bathroom in the corridor was clean and easily accessible.
I personally would have preferred a TV in the room, but that's just my preference.

I loved the convenient location near the Church of Our Lady Queen of Poland, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary WiFi was a bonus.
I mean, who needs housekeeping anyway? It's such a waste to have clean sheets and towels.

I absolutely adored the beautiful, vintage decor of the hotel. The classic furniture and elegant details transported me back to a bygone era. The hotel's common areas, such as the lobby and lounge, were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane. It was a delight to relax in such a charming atmosphere.
My only wish for a better vacation for seniors would be for the children working there to be a bit more attentive. While they were polite, there were moments when I felt they could have been more helpful and proactive in catering to the needs of older guests.

Super friendly and helpful staff, mind-blowingly convenient location near trams and shopping, jaw-droppingly dog-friendly with amazing hospitality. The neighborhood is nice and it's a flexible travel spot. Breakfast was great, and check-in was VIP. , loved the clean room with a fridge and the affordable parking with a guard. Plus, free Wi-Fi, shared kitchen, and hiking options. Pets allowed, no smoking on site.

The hotel offered massages, which was perfect because after dealing with the limited housekeeping, I definitely needed a relaxing treatment. The complimentary Wi-Fi and tour assistance were also quite handy.
Oh, and who doesn't love paying extra for private parking? At least they didn't charge me for the limited housekeeping service.

There was a tram stop right outside the hotel, and I could easily reach the shopping mall in just a few minutes. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast offered was satisfactory. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.
The lack of noise control in the hotel. There were Ukrainian children making a lot of noise in the hallway just outside my room, which affected my overall experience.

The vintage furniture and traditional artwork created a homely atmosphere that made me feel like I was staying at my grandma's house. The hotel had comfortable seating areas where I could relax and enjoy a cup of tea while reading a book. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with wide corridors and handrails strategically placed for support. It was easy to navigate around the hotel, which was a great relief for someone like me with mobility issues.
I would have appreciated if there were more activities or entertainment options specifically catered to senior guests. It would have been wonderful if the children working there organized some gentle exercise classes or social gatherings for us seniors to meet and mingle.

The room I stayed in on the fourth floor was cozy and comfortable. I loved having access to a shared bathroom located in the corridor. The room had heating, which was perfect during the chilly nights in Krakow. I also appreciated having a desk in the room, as it was convenient for me to work on my laptop. The private bathroom had a nice shower too.
I wish the room on the fourth floor had a TV like the other rooms.
